I’m a GP with over 10 years of NHS experience, supporting people facing stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional overload.Over time, I’ve distilled the most effective practical strategies I’ve seen help people — combining body-based tools with clear, focused coaching. It’s a simple, science-based approach that supports meaningful, sustainable change.I’m also:- A HeartMath® Practitioner- A GBPA Breath Coach- Certified in Solution-Focused Brief Practice- A daily practitioner of the tools I teach

What to expect

Each session is shaped around you. We start by checking in on where you are currently, what you’d like to change, and how you prefer to work — whether that’s quiet, practical tools or more conversation-based coaching - or a tailored combination.Together, we’ll build a session that may include:- Breathing retraining and HeartMath® techniques- Real-time feedback (like HRV biofeedback), when helpful- Clear, simple tools you can apply straight away- Space to explore what’s working, what’s difficult, and what you’d like to have happen as a result of our work, embedded in the details of your lifeYou’re always in charge of the pace. Some sessions are quiet and focused; others involve more reflection. You’ll never be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable with.
